Blush placement can affect the look of your makeup. It is ok if you do not kow exactly what face shape you have. What is important is how blush can soften and enhance features. Remember when selecting blush color pick one that resembles the natural glow of your cheeks after you have excercised.
Slim
Place blush vertically to slim the face down.
Lift
To give the impression you have cheekbones you can give the face a lift by applying blush hight on the cheekbone at a slant.
Soften
For a fresh face, place blush on the apples of the cheeks. This is great for a face with a lot of angles.
Sharpen
To make your face more angular apply blush on the underside of the bone. Great for round faces.
Widen
To reduce the length of the long narrow face, do all blush placements more horizontally. This will help you achieve the illusion of a shorter face. If you have a narrow face and large nose place blush farther away from your nose.
